Tania parents meet PM

Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh said that steps are on to firmly deal with the cases of racial attacks on the north eastern people in Delhi.

During his meeting with Nido Tania’s parents in New Delhi on Friday, Dr Singh assured the bereaved family members that they would get justice and that they won’t allow these incidents to repeat further.

He told Nido’s parents that his government would ensure exemplary punishment for the goons who killed the Arunachal Pradesh student. MP Takam Sanjay also was present in the meeting.  The Arunachal Pradesh Student was killed by the goons in Lajpotnagar in the capital triggering massive protest in the capital where various parties, organizations and individuals demand justice for the victim’s parents.
