Judges’ Field regained

The battle is over. The Kamrup (Metro) district administration has regained the Judges’ Field.

 A division bench of Chief Justice and Justice Ujjal Bhuyan in the judgment handed over the historic field to the district administration from the Guwahati Town Club on Wednesday.

Notably, Guwahati Town Club claimed the field after the Government remained averse to allow Anna Hazare to hold a huge rally in the field last year.
