BJP legislator Prasanta Phukan mires in controversy over an alleged deal with Congress in the recent Rajya Sabha polls.

KMSS activists in large number staged dharna in front of his residence in Dibrugarh on Sunday alleging that he struck a deal with the ruling party to ensure smooth sailing of all the three Congress and BPF candidates on Friday.
