Phukan moves RO

BJP legislator Prasanta Phukan will move the returning officer demanding a confirmation that his voting in the ballot paper was cancelled.

Stunned by the criticism inside and outside the party for his alleged negligence, Phukan told reporters on Friday that he would move the returning officer seeking a confirmation.

His ballot was believed to have been cancelled for showing it to the agents and observers of all political parties in the absence of his own party agents and observer after casting his vote.
