Mali meets Gogoi

Independent MLA Jatin Mali called on Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi on Thursday a day before the Rajjya Sabha polls.

The duo are believed to have discussed the Rajya Sabha polls where Gogoi urged him to vote for the ruling party candidates.

The MLA from Palashbari has already promised his support to the Congress. Senior Congress ministers Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma, Rockybul Hussain and MA Anjan Dutta also were present in the close door meet.
