Congress and BPF legislators met on Wednesday to discuss the Rajya Sabha poll proceedings. But the meet remained inconclusive.
Chaired by chief minister Tarun Gogoi in presence of APCC president and party candidate Bhubneswar Kalita, the discussion remained incomplete. They are scheduled to meet again on Thursday morning.
The meeting was scheduled to discuss the preference of candidate. But it was left for Thursday’s meeting at the Assam Assembly secretariat.
