HC order on Nido case

In a landmark directive, the Delhi High Court on Monday asked the Centre, Delhi Government to file affidavit on the recent dreaded attack on Nido Tania where the victim died.

Taking a suo moto case on the death of the Arunachal Pradesh student last week in Lajpotnagar, a division bench of the court asked the concerned part to file report by Wednesday.
