Gang of thieves captured

Guwahati police busted a gang of thieves during an intensified operation in the city on Saturday.

The operation was launched in the Bhutnath area where 11 thieves were captured and some stolen materials including a bike were seized from their possession. Their personal identity is said to be doubtful.

Sources told Assam Times that more operation would be carried out in some selected pockets in the city.

The Ministry of Ayush and the Ministry of Rural Development have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to develop skilled manpower for the Ayush healthcare system.
