Heatwave toll goes up to 11 on Thursday after three persons person died of heatstroke in Goalpara on Thursday. Before that two persons died in Bokakhat and Gohpur. A street dweller was killed in the heat on Wednesday. The body was found under the Ulubari flyover. Apart from him, a 70-year-old man, Sibulal Rabidas, died in the heatwave at Lalamukh Tea Garden in Hailakandi district. A 65-year-old man died of heatstroke in the Labourputa area of Cachar district. In Nagaon district, one person died due to the heat. But there is no sig of any relief on Thursday. Guwahati is set to break 33 year old record on Thursday.
