Rains wreak havoc in Guwahati
Normal life comes to a grinding halt in Guwahati following the incessant rains that inundated the city roads and by-lanes for the third consecutive day on Sunday.
The RG Baruah Road, GNB Road, Chandmari and Silpukhuri and the Maniram Dewan Road have come under the surging rain waters. Parts of Ganeshguri and Panjabari are also feeling the heat of water logging.
