Training programme on research methodology in social science

The Department of Women's Studies, Gauhati University is planning to organise a Training Programme on Research Methodology in Social Sciences (Qualitative Research Methodology)  from 4- 9 March, 2013.

Eligibility Criteria: All those, pursuing their doctoral work, and college or university teachers, or members of recognized research institutions who are engaged in doctoral work or engaged in or planning to engage themselves in research work (not necessary for Ph.D.) will be eligible to apply for the programme.

Intake capacity: 30

Programme participation certificate:

The participants will be provided with the course certificate on successful completion of the programme.

Registration/ Application Fee:  @ Rs. 800/- for lecturer or equivalent; @ Rs. 400/- for scholars getting any fellowship and @ Rs. 200/- for those without any fellowship or financial support. The programme fee payable by Demand Draft or Bankers’ Cheque drawn in favour of the Registrar, Gauhati University, payable at Guwahati.
