The senior doctors and professors of the Assam Medical College Hospital, Dibrugarh are still beyond control of the State Govt. Although the state health minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarmah has trying his best to improve the deplorable condition of the health department, due to hidden power of the corrupt officials and doctors the ongoing mess is still going on severely. Being an attendant of a patient of Medicine Ward II of AMHC, from 29th August to 8th September 2007, it has come to my notice that the newly constructed medicine unit's building which was opened by the Chief Minister of Assam Mr. Tarun Gogoi on last 2nd August 2007 has fulfilled a great demand of the people. Bribery in AMCH...
