All Assam Students Union has warned the government not to allow the immigrants to settle in the name of rehabilitation package. Addressing a press conference in Guwahati on Sunday, the AASU leaders said that they would keep a close vigil on the rehabilitation works to ensure that not even a single immigrant is allowed to get the benefit.

Bodo must look after themselves, do not fall to sweet talk of Gogoi, Sonia or Shinde. They will butcher Bodos for vote bank. We all know about AIUDF, a terrorist organization. Pro-talk ULFA leader Rabin Gogoi and his security guard Luit Baishya died when some unidentified gunmen attacked both of them at Sadiya in upper Assam's Tinsukia distirct on Tuesday night.According to information, the incident took place at around 8 in the evening when Gogoi was attending at a fair.
