IED blast: 4 ULFA linkmen held

Security forces apprehended four ULFA linkmen, including a woman in connection with the Goalpara IED blast where an army jawan was killed and six others injured on Tuesday.
The police arrested a person and his daughter for allegedly giving shelter to the ULFA militants who carried out the explosion on Tuesday.
According to police, acting on information provided by them, police arrested two other linkmen. Notably, the army jawan was killed and six others were injured while an army vehicle was damaged in an IED blast about one and half kilometres from Naranarayan Setu in Jogighopa when a convoy was on its way from Kokrajhar to Agia.
