Asom Gana Parishad president Prafulla Kumar Mahanta on Thursday charged Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi with resorting to blatant lies on the annual play outlay for 2012-2013 recently fixed in New Delhi. Addressing a press conference in Guwahati Mahanta, the two time former Chief Minister said that the amount is meager compared to many other states. He further alleged gross misappropriation of planning commission funds during the Tarun Gogoi tenure.
