Raha HS School shines in HS final

The Students of Raha Higher Secondary school outshone the rest of the other Higher Secondary schools in the district by securing a higher pass percentage in the recently declared Class 12 board exams result conducted by Assam Higher Secondary Education Council.

This year the school had 249 students in Arts,Science,Commerce and Vocational streams out of which 224 students have passed the exam gloriously. In the Arts stream, 161 students out of 182 passed the exam of whom 15 students got letter marks in Political Science, 8 students got letters in Assamese, 1 in Geography and 1 in Economics. In this stream 20 students passed in first division, 59 in second division and 82 in third division.

In the Science stream, out of 27 students , 26 passed the exam of whom 5 students got letters in Chemistry and 1 in Maths. In this stream 14 students passed in first division and 12 in second division.
