AAJU executive meet held at Golaghat

The executive committee of All Assam Journalist UnionGolaghat Dist. unit today held a meeting at Municipal Board’s auditorium here. The meeting was chaired by AAJU’s Golaghat Dist. unit’s secretary Mr. Dwipen Dutta. The AAJU Golaghat Dist. unit took a few resolutions among which are to publish a book of noted journalist of the district Sri Keshab Saikia, to hold the biennial conference of AAJU’s Golaghat Dist. Unit in the month of July and to continue the suspension of Mr. Ranjit Rajak, the organizing secretary of AAJU’s Dist. Unit, who is presently undergoing trial for alleged molestation of a woman. Today’s meeting also considered seriously the allegation of blackmailing in the name of journalism.
