Journalist arrested for molesting woman

Ranjit Rajak, a Kaziranga based journalist has been arrested by Bokakhat Police yesterday for allegedly molesting a woman. According to police, Mr. Rajak, runs a pharmacy in Kohora Chariali at Kaziranga, on 16th May a lady went to his pharmacy for a medical check up where he try to molest her. Later she filed a complaint at Bokakhat Police Station and accordingly police registered a case against him u/s 376 and 511 of Indian Penal Code. Mr. Rajak was presented in CJM court Golaghat today.
