Rahul Gandhi to address election rally at Raha LAC

The General Secretary of the All India Congress Committee (AICC), Rahul Gandhi who is scheduled to arrive here on Tuesday will address an election rally at Kachua ,around 42 km distance from Raha for Congress candidate Piyush Hazarika of Raha constituency.
