voter awareness campaign failed to make impact on Dr.Manmohan Singh, Prim Minister of India, as he did not cast vote here. What do you expect from general public? Though he later on said that he has casted vote throuh Postal Ballot, he had to give the explanation due to report in the media fearing criticism- one feel.

Guwahati: Consumer Legal Protection Forum and Consumer VOICE, New Delhi is consumer protection organizations working to promote road safety. They organized a stakeholder workshop at hotel Aarian Atithya, Guwahati today.
