voter awareness campaign failed to make impact on Dr.Manmohan Singh, Prim Minister of India, as he did not cast vote here. What do you expect from general public? Though he later on said that he has casted vote throuh Postal Ballot, he had to give the explanation due to report in the media fearing criticism- one feel.

Recent Earthquakes in Tibet are most probale cause of  muddy water flowing through the Brahmaputra for last two weeks. Chand Kumar Duarah, a science journalist based in Guwahati said that most of geologist and experts believe earthquake and aftermaths are responsible for the phenomenon. Flood toll 10; 4,626 villages in 29 districts under water

As on 17th July 2019, total 4,626 number of villages in 114 revenue circles of 29 number of Districts Viz.
