NSCN giving arms training to ANLA

According to the highly reliable sources, a strong hold Naga militant group of NSCN has been giving Armed Training to ‘ANLA’ (Adivasi National Libration Army) in different camps along Assam-Nagaland border along the Dhansiri Sub-Division of Galaghat District in the Sector of ABC. Neutral force of CRPF and the state police have been stationed here to maintain status quo after interstate full flagged armed war long years back. As per information the cadres of NDFB and minority strong hold militant group reported to have been backed by ISI have also joined this camp. In exchange of this training a large amount of money is being released from the groups who voluntarily come forward to join this camp. As a result the people living along the Nagaland-Assam border have been victimized of extortion by the cadres of the militant groups who joined the training camp.

The net work of ISI is reported to have spread along the Assam Nagaland border in such a way that no security agency could extend its paw over the unlawful activities of all these activities. It is being doubted that there might have been some sort of link between inmates of these camps and their counter part that have been active in the district of Nagoan, Dhubri, and Guwalpara of assam. The ANLA is reported to have been the major force behind the organizing these training camps. It may be mentioned that the ANLA (Adiwasi National Liberation Army) was formed in 2004 in a meeting attended by a large number of people belonging Adiwasis in a Secondary School under Merapani Police Station.

Why ANLA is not banned yet? Is it something like BLT who was formed by Indian intelligence agency?
