“Teaching is the profession that teaches all other professions” and we pay our sincere tribute to all such eminent professors in our esteemed Institutions who are instrumental in shaping our future citizens.
It is needless to mention the importance of higher education to combat the needed evil of globalization and to address the challenges of skilled global workforce for a country like India to grab the emerging opportunities in plethora of sectors.
In spite of the continuous efforts by our policy makers in having globally recognized institutes like IIM and IIT, our education infrastructure is not enough to meet the demand-supply gap besides the educational standards. Quality education is webbed with many socio-economic factors and many aspiring students who do have the ability and affordability are not in a position to pursue higher education. Looking beyond the boundaries to fulfill their aspirations is in existence right from the days of pre-independence era and many of our national leaders, business tycoons, research scholars and think-tanks have invaded countries like USA and UK to pursue their higher education abroad and thus contributed for economical progress.
We have to realize the importance of information being in the knowledge era, which would empower our students and future generations with most sought after information required in taking a wise decision in choosing the best destination country, university and respective course/program in accordance with their previous academic track record, emerging opportunities and their dream career.
