LS poll: AGP list ready by Feb 15
The Opposition Asom Gana Parishad is gearing up to fight the upcoming Lok Sabha polls. The regional party is all set to clear its list of candidates by February 15.
According to party senior leaders, the decision was taken at the first meeting of the party’s election preparation committee held on Friday. The meeting unanimously resolved that the ticket aspirants will send their names to the steering committee after due consultation with the district committees.The party has convened its next sitting on February 14 and the meeting is expected to finalise the list of the candidates.
