Inauguration of Magazine: The periodic Magazine of The Assam Association,Mumbai “Enazori” Maghbihu-2009 issue, inaugurated by Devashish Sharmah,Dy.Resident Commissioner,Assam Bhawan.
Felicitation: The Assam Association, Mumbai felicitated bollywood actor Asraful Haque,popular Assamese actor Ankur Bisoya and theatre director Miss Robizita Gogoi.
Community feast: During the progrramme traditional Assamese snacks like “Peetha” and “Tilor Ladoo” was served. After the cultural progrramme, people enjoyed traditional Assamese Food.

I was the part of the night and it was a wonderful experience being there. A bunch of enthusiastic people trying to keep the "Real Asom" in their heart staying away from home even in these busy days. I salute to all those parents who kept the assamese culture alive in the heart of their kids... Jai Aai Asom...
