Citizen’s Meet on Public Participation in the Counter Terrorism Actions
Journalist’s Forum , Assam has organized a Citizen’s Meet to discuss the security aspects of general populace in India , more precisely in Assam , in the aftermath of the last terror attacks carried out by the terrorists.
The virtual capital of Northeast, Guwahati has been targeted three times since October 30 by the terrorists and it is apprehended that the situation may aggravate as the Republic Day (Jan 26) is approaching. The meet will also discuss and debate about the public participation in the ongoing counter-terrorism activities in the region.
Everyone is invited for the meet to be held at Guwahati Press Club on January 21 which will begin at 2 pm.
