NTPC Strengthens Ties with BTC

KOKRAJHAR: Akhilesh Singh, Head of Project (HOP) and Business Unit Head at NTPC Bongaigaon, held a productive meeting with Pramod Boro, Hon'ble Chief Executive Member of BTC NTPC, to discuss and enhance the collaborative efforts between NTPC and the BTC Administration. The meeting emphasized key areas such as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), sustainability, and environmental conservation.

Shri Pramod Boro commended NTPC's dedication to these vital areas and praised the company's unwavering commitment to providing 24x7 power to the nation. He highlighted the significant positive impact of NTPC's initiatives on both the community and the environment.

During the discussion, Shri Akhilesh Singh updated Shri Boro on the various ongoing and upcoming NTPC initiatives. He expressed his gratitude for the BTC administration's continuous support in crucial sectors like digital literacy classes, skill development, sanitation, empowerment, and health. These initiatives aim to uplift and empower local communities, contributing to the region's overall development and well-being.

The meeting saw the participation of senior officials from NTPC Bongaigaon, including Shri Onkar Nath, AGM (HR), Shri Roshan Dungdung, DGM (HR), and Smt Aduity Thakuri, CSR Executive, as well as officials from the BTC Administration. Their presence underscored NTPC's leadership commitment to enhancing community engagement and promoting sustainable development.
