Golaghat AGP staging demo for dissolution of Assam government

The district unit of Golaghat AGP today staged a dharna demanding immediate dissolution of the state government for its failure to provide security to the life and property of its citizen. It also criticised the soft stand of the government against the Islamic fundamentalist activities operating in the region. More than one thousand party workers participated in the dhana which brought Golaghat town to a stand still for some time.
