NE Kickboxing champ from July 12

Kokrajhar: Preparations are going on in full swing to hold the 3rd Northeast Kickboxing championship 2018 from July 12 next at SAI centre ground in Kokrajhar. 


The sports event has been organised by BTC Kickboxing Association where around 400 players have confirmed their partiiption from eight northeastern states. 

A reception committee has been formed with Simson Mushahary as chairman and Lakhindra Roy as convenor along with 21 executive members. 


An executive meeting of the Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC) of Kickboxing Association was held at Bodoland Guest House, Bodofa Nwgwr in Kokrajhar with Indrajit Basumatary in the chair.  

The meeting discussed the preparation and programme arrangement to host the kickboxing championship in Kokrajhar with four day programme scheduled. 


President of the BTC Kickboxing Association Nripendra Chandra Roy told that preparations are going on to hold the sports championship.The reception committee and eight sub committees are formed to conduct the sports event in smooth manner. 'We hope that budding sports personalities are getting opportunity to participate the event with showcasing their execellent performances', Roy said.
