GUWAHATI:A special court in Guwahati on Thursday reserved the ruling on a set of bail pleas moved by over 20 ACS, APS and allied service officers who have been arrested in the APSC job scam.
According to information, the special court heard the entire set of bail pleas from their appointed lawyers and reserved the ruling which is expected in a day or two.
Six ACS and APS officers have been remanded to judicial custody on Thursday after the police probing the scam produced them before the special court following the end of the 14 days police remand.
With this, only three officers have been escaping police arrest in this connection.
According to SS Ganesa, who is heading to special operation unit set up to deal with thr case fir the tine being there is no other accused in this scam.

Guwahati: The United Liberation Front of Asom (ULFA-I) has alleged a nefarious conspiracy by police and the army to crush their spine, engaging a section of youths who were dispatched to the jungles to join the rebel outfit.
