Tribal Heritage gets focus in Kokrajhar summit

 A two-day Tribal Heritage Convention -2017 is going on at Commerce College auditorium  in Kokrajhar,heart of BTAD administration.

  The convention was organised by Ekal Abhijan, Kokrajhar district unit and participants from different districts include  Dhubri,Bongaigaon,Chirang,Baksa,Udalguri,Kokrajhar,Dhemaji,Majuli participated in the two-day conclave.

The conclave discussed on the heritages of Bodo community in the world and its uplift and conservation of language,culture and literary through the deep studious of historical backgrounds. In the inaugural session, BTC executive members Doneswar Goyary, Rajib Brahma, Janardan Dev Goswami, Satradikar of Uttar Kamalabari Satra,Arun Kumar Bajaj,national vice president of Ekal Abhijan  graced as guests.

Dev Goswami, Satradikar of Uttar Kamalabari Satra said that Assam state is a state of integrity and unity of vivid communities with different language,culture and historical backgrounds. The Ekal Abhijan was working to uplift and bringing healthy integrity among all sections of communities,he said.
