HC hearing Rakesh Paul bail plea

GUWAHATI: The Gauhati High Court on Friday will decide on thr fate of Rakesh Paul when it is hearing thr bail petition of the APSC chairman who was sent to jail in a fresh case two months back.

Justice R Phookan is hearing the bail petition moved on behalf of Paul who even after procuring bail from the Supreme Court was arrested acting on a new bribery case registered in Bhangagarh police station:

The Pobitora Wildlife Sanctuary in Assam's Marigaon district is known for its high density of one-horned rhinoceros and is also an important habitat for various bird species.
