Father-son duo killed in accident

A 38-year-old man and his 6-year-old son were run over by a speeding vehicle early on Tuesdaymorning at Demow area under Raha P.S.

The deceased  identified as  Raju Patar and his son Rajmoni Patar were going to a relative’s house riding a bicycle. Geetamoni Patar , wife of  the deceased was also with them when the accident took place.

 According to  police , Raju Patar died on the spot and  his son declared dead while brought to hospital along with deceased's wife. The deceased Raju Patar was an inhabitant of Balipara village of Demow area.
