In a major achievement during routine patrolling troops of 37 Bn SSB Mangaldai deployed at BOP Samrang along the Indo-Bhutan border villages under Udalguri apprehended a person on Monday evening alleged to be involved in heinous human trafficking business. The accused identified as Ghanshyam Tanti, S/o Ranjeet Tanti, aged about 21 years is a resident of Orangajuli TE under Dimakuchi. He is accused of involved in trafficking of two girls from the area and was looking out for another victim when team of 37 Bn, SSB Mangaldoi, on special intelligence input, arrested him and after preliminary questioning handed over to Dimakuchi PS .
