Security tightened in Kokrajhar: ADGP Pallav

Additional DGP (SB) Pallav Bhattacharya says that security has been intensified across the state to meet healthy function of  three years anniversary of NDA government at centre and one-year at Dispur to be held on May 26 at Guwahati in Assam.

Preparations are goingon to accord warm welcome PM Modi in Assam.Prime Minister Narendra Modi is arriving in Guwahati to attend the grand programme in Guwahati with national addressing scheduled. Pallav said that all kinds of security arrangements are made to welcome warm nation’s PM in Guwahati, heart of Assam. The unified command had organised a joint meeting involving all security agencies about the national programme going to be host in Guwahati on the marking of government’s anniversary with grand manner.

“PM’s attnding programme is a national programme where he will address national on the auspicious occasion which will be marking international address on its three-years successful steps in the country on its NDA reign”, Pallav said, he added.
