1 killed, 4 injured in mishap

One person died and four others received serious injuries due to road mishap at Labrabati Patgaon in Kokrajhar district on Saturday. According to police, an Eon vehicle  bound for Siliguri from Dibrugarh head on collided with a tractor which claimed one person and four others sustained serious injuries on the incident.

Injured were immediately rushed to Kokrajhar RNB civil hospital. The dead passenger was identified as Mamataj Begum of Dibrugarh district.  Junumoni Mech, Akima Begum, Maina Chetry and Sachin Updhyay (driver) who all injured are also from Dibrugarh district.
