He is a 20 year old youth whom Delhi police caught charging him with raping and slapping a woman from Nagaland in Hauz Khas village on Saturday.
Popularly known as Raja, police arrested him on Tuesday from South Delhi when he was sleeping inside a park. Since Saturday he has not visited his home and only moved from one park to another.
The casual utensil washer in the hotels and pubs also sustained head injury when the rape victim hit him with a stone as he was committed the sexual crime. But still he has not visited any doctor for treatment.
How the incident took place? It took place at 11.30 midnight on Saturday. The victim and her cousin were on the way back to their home. The 20 year old boy offered a lift.

Since then the rapist has not visited his home and kept wearing the same clothes. He was caught by a team of Delhi police two days after a case was registered against unknown miscreant.
