Miscreants attack forest guards

What shocking news that a forest guard posted at Gangia River forest camp under Sanfan forest Range of Kachugaon forest division received serious arrow injury due to attacked by unidentified miscreant with bow and arrow late last night around 9pm in Kokrajhar district.

Unidentified miscreants attacked with bow and arrow from close range where forest guard received serious injury.

Injury forest guard was identified as Dayal Narzary, 50; a forest guard posted as in-charge at Gangia River forest camp under Kachugaon forest division.

Narzary told that unidentified miscreants attacked at him late night at the forest camp with bow and arrow in which he received serious injury. He was sleeping after dinner at camp while he was attacked by unidentified miscreants.He was admitted first at Kachugaon hospital, but later referred to Kokrajhar due to critical condition.

Subash Basumatary,a forest staff of Kachugaon division said that he received information about his attack and since then rushed the camp and rushed to Kachugaon hospital, but later due to critical condition referred to Kokrajhar hospital for better treatment. He said that unidentified miscreants attacked him with arrow of which why his condition is critical.

“Dayal’s attack information reaches just after few minutes of the incident. We first rushed him at Kachugaon, but later rushed Kokrajhar.Attackers attacked him from close range where Dayal received serious injury. It is a serious incident that a forest guard met with arrow attack at forest camp”, a forest staff said.
