Evening with a Doctor programme at Guwahati Press Club concluded on Saturday with the participation of over 40 media persons and their family members. Dr. Swapnav Barthakur, Medicine and Dr. Ruma Dutta, O& G from Down Town Hospital conducted the programme. They were supported by Ankita Borah and Anusmita Das (nursing staff) with Sajal Sinha, Pranjit Sarma and Mayuri Borah.
Emphasizing on preventive healthcare initiatives for the media persons along with their close relatives, the Press Club initiated the special program since last Saturday. Besides health care consultation, the participants also took the opportunity for checking their basic health status during the programme.
