BPF organizes protest demonstration
BPF party stages protest demonstration in protest against Balajan Tinali bazar terror attack at Debargaon ground in Kokrajhar on Tuesday. The protestors stages with banner, placards shouted slogans demanding stern action into mass killing, punished involved culprits participated the protest programme.
'We want peace, stop mass killing, we want justice, stop terror strike', protesters demanded and shouted slogans. BPF president Hagrama Mohilary, who is also BTC chief, several party leaders were also took part in the protest.Mohilary condemning the terror strike at Balajan Tinali bazar said that there was NDFB-S handi work behind killing. He has demanded government should arrest involved culprits through proper investigation into incident.
He expressed serious concern over the situation said it was unfortunate incident for society which had created terror among society. He told that government has been taking stern steps against involved militant organization.
Mohilary urged the NDFB-S to come forward for main stream to solve their issue and problems through political dialogue.
'No any issue and problems be solved through arms struggle, NDFB-S should take path of main stream for peace building', Mohilary said.
He also told that he is leaving for Delhi to meet Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh to discuss on the killing incident in Kokrajhar. He will meet Singh tomorrow where he will brief about firing that claimed 14 civilian and 18 others received injures.
Party leader Prabin Boro, Derhasat Basumatary, Rajib Brahma, Doneswar Goyary were prominent attendees on the protest programme.

KOKRAJHAR: Former three-time MLA from Mazbat constituency and senior BPF leader Karendra Basumatary formally joined the United People's Party Liberal (UPPL) at party office in Udalguri district on Wednesday.
