Mass prayer at Balajan Tinali bazar

Devotees from different religion throng to participate in the all religious mass prayer at Balajan Tinali bazar today in protest against terror attacked on Friday last which claimed 14 and 18 others received serious injured by suspected NDFBS militant outfit in Kokrajhar district.

It was organized by Balajan Tinali Bazar Committee to offer a mass prayer for praying peace and unity abd early recovery of injured persons to almighty god. 

Different religions, which included Bathow, Namkirtan, Meru Bathow, Christian, Brahma Bathow took part and offered their worship in the prayer session. 

The bazar was resumed from today after a organizing of mass prayer praying for external peace those killed and early recovery for injured in the terror attacked by militant cadres. 

We offered our worship aiming to bring peace and tranquility and prayed for eternal peace who lost their lives on Friday terror strike, said a member of organizer. 

'The strike was condemnable and involved culprits be nabbed and punished', devotees demanded.

The assailants came wearing rain coat at a tempo from Western part to bazar fired indiscriminately targeting innocent people where 14 killed and 18 received serious injury, said an eye witness on the spot. 

The injures are under going treatment at Kokrajhar RNB civil hospital, Barpeta Medical College and Gauhati Medical College.
