Victim's family given away ex-gratia

Altogether 14 victim's kin family members, we lost their dear one on Friday indiscriminately firing at Balajan Tinali bazar were given away five lakhs each ex-gratia from Assam state government on Saturday at Bodoland Guest House in Kokrajhar.

Forest minister Pramila Rani Brahma, Additional Chief Secretary TY Das,BTC chief Hagrama Mohilary, Madhav Prasad Sarma, Kokrajhar DC, Rajya Sabha MP Biswajit Daimary distributed cheque of 4.5 lakhs and cash of fifty thousands . State government has also announce to give one lakh each who were received serious injured, 50 thousand for minor injured. Government has also given away compensation to 24 businessmen and small traders who were lost business properties in the incident.

BTC chief Hagrama Mohilary also announce to give one lakh to victims family, besides BPF party given away 50 thousand to victim's members.

Death toll goes 15 including a militant cadre and eighteen received serious injured in the firing incident at Tinali bazar yesterday. One Tijen Hazoary,50; of New Amguri was succumbed to MRM hospital today due to bullet injury at his kidney. Hazoary received bullet injury yesterday fired vs militant cadres while coming to market.Body of Hazoary was handed over to family after PM.

Each deceased body was cremated and buried at their respective villages after PM procedures today as district administration handed over all deceased who lost their lives in the indiscriminate firing.
