Beautiful bird at Nambor

A bird found in hills sings a melancholy song undisturbed at the Nambor Reserve Forest near Silonijan in Golaghat district at dawn of 16th July 2008. Notably Nambor Reserve forest is full of flora and fauna that can be converted into major tourists spot of Assam. The infamous Garampani hot water pond is also one of important spot in the Nambor forest.

21st National Photo Contest announced

The 21st National Photo Contest organised by by Kreative Klickers has been announced with the theme "Life and Environment". Entries are open to all, throughout India. Jhulan Puja celebrated

Turtles threatened in temple
