BSF boss visits Indo-Bangla border

BSF Director General K K Sharma visited the Indo-Bangladesh border in Silchar sector on Saturday a few days after Union home minister Rajnath Singh ordered complete seal of the international border. 


According to official sources, during the inspection, the BSF chief visited Steamerghat based border outpost where the officials apprised him of the state of affairs in the 3.5 km unfenced border portion. He further got a view of the riverine international border on Kushyara and talked to the BSF jawans asking them to guard against the trans border crimes.
