SSB conducts “Swachhata Pakhwada”

Following the spirit of “Swachh Bharat Abhiyan”, 37th Bn, Mangladai, Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) conducted “Swachhata Pakhwada” from 16th May 2016 to 31st May 2016 along the Indo-Bhutan border area of Udalguri district and Mangaldai. Under the special sanitation drive Senior Officers’ of 37th Bn and its personnel conducted sanitation drive at border area schools adopted by this unit at Jarif Basti LP School, (Samrang), Borangajuli L P School, (Nalapara), Jhorapukhri ME School, (Bongurum), Choyabasti LP School, (Nonaikhuti), Subhash Bodo Memorial ME School, (Tankibasti), Rajagarh ME School, (Rajagarh), Kathpari Shankari Madhya Vidyalaya (Kerimeri at Mangaldai). The sanitation drive imbibed the essence of hygiene, sanitation and disease free environment. This efforts have been highly appreciated by the teachers, students and by the local population.
