A two day international seminar on the topic of 'Orality:the quest for meaning' was concluded today Bodoland University in Kokrajhar district witnesses of participation from abroad scholar and professors from different university and colleges across the country.
BTC Deputy Chief Kampa Borgoyary graced as chief guest on the concluding day of the seminar today. Borgoyary, in his speech appreciated the seminar organized in a successful manner which gathered participation from abroad and countryside, which was organized by department of English, Bodoland University. He said that the seminar has stressed to the building of orality integration among all sections of communities. 'It is a good sign of sustaining suitable environment by successfully organized of international seminar in the heart of BTC. I thanked all participants and scholar from abroad and country in particular in the seminar', Borgoyary said.
Prof . John Zomke, University of Missouri, Columbia, USA, Prof.Ulo Valk, University of Tartu, Estonia, Prof. Maria Enes Palleiro, University of Buenos Aieres, Argentina, Dr. Margaret Lyngdoh, Thailand, Dr. David Kuwli, Nagaland were among others prominent speakers on the occasion.
