Speeding duo dies at Baghmara
Two youth died on the spot in a fatal accident at Baghmara, Monday around 2.30 pm. The incident happened at Bajali when the duo's speeding motor cycle collided with a truck head on after hitting a cow near the Baghmara police station. The dead have been identified as Kumar Boro and Bhakta Boro both from Gargoan. The bodies meantime were shifted to the Barpeta Medical College for postmortem.

Das provided free petrol to ply the vehicles during in the rally and expects to win with maximum votes. It is to be noted that Das is a former BJP MLA. This year due to party politics he was denied a BJP ticket from the 42 Patacharkuchi constituency, the reason he decided to contest as an independent candicate from the area.
