A crude bomb was exploded inside a house of Prof. Abdul Kalek Fakir late last night at Rupsigaon under Tulsibil police outpost in Kokrajhar district.
According to Fakir, a professor by his profession at Jomduar College in Gossaigaon that a huge sound was arisen inside house complex following explosion late last night which took place around 11.40 pm, but no one was injured. Fakir lodged an FIR with police in this regard.
Police rushed the spot and collected samples from the spot, which was suspected of crude bomb that was planted by unidentified miscreants. ‘Investigation is on into incident’, said a senior police officer.
