UPP reiterates forming government at Dispur

Former Rajya Sabha MP and United Peoples Party(UPP) president Urkhao Gwra Brahma has reiterating claimed that his party alliance with Congress forming government at Dispur winning largest seats in the assembly election in the state.

The party hold its central executive committee post poll where all party candidates and district committees took part and shared party’s performance in the recent concluded election. The also took stock of the party position in the region and district committees presented their reports that performed during the election, which has been showing good gestures of winning large number of seats.

Brahma, while addressing news conference today at Amala Bhawan in Kokrajhar said that his party is winning in eight seats out of contesting 14 seats in BTAD region, besides alliance partner Congress party is making land slide victory in the state. The UPP-Congress alliance party is winning largest seats across the state through which ruling Congress party is forming government for fourth consecutive term in the state with its clear vision.

Brahma has predicted that ruling BPF party has been scoring zero result in the recent concluded assembly election, because irrespective of caste, creed and languages extended support and voted to the party candidates in all contesting seats in the region. The BJP led alliance parties would be winning around 45 seats across the state,so their dream of government formation would be averted on dreams only, Brahma said.

He said that ruling Congress party is winning over 55 seats in the state, besides his party is making to win eight seats and some like minded parties also winning several seats.

‘This time peoples have voted to the Congress and UPP party to gain more development and integration in the state,so their alliance party is forming government at Dispur with no doubt. No,any situation can defeat alliance party for forming government in Assam because people’s mandate have gone to the Congress-UPP alliance party’, Brahma claimed.
