88% repolling in Gossaigaon

The re-polling at 24-polling station at Kachugaon ME school under 28-Gossaigaon LAC was recorded of 88.15% poll and passed off peaceful, held on Sunday in tight security in Kokrajhar. The re-polling was necessitated following technical problem of EVMs on April 11 last.

Voters from the polling booth come out and queue since early morning for re-polling and cast their votes. There were 320 cast votes out of 363 votes with recorded of 88.15 percent polls in the station.
