More leaders join BPF

More 50 supporters from  AIUDF and Sanmilito Janagostiya Aikhya Mancha joined in ruling BPF ahead few days of assembly election today at a party meeting at Chitila bazar complex in Kokrajhar.  Kokrajhar west MLA Pradip Kumar Brahma, former BTC MCLA Afjal Haque Sarkar welcome and felicitated newly join members from Teteliguri area of Kokrajhar west constituency. 

Brahma said that his party was stressing to gain more development and social uplift among society in the region. He said that this time his party is winning in large numbers of seats in the election and government formation is sure in the state with alliance BJP and AGP. He has appealed all sections of communities to vote for the BPF candidates in the election.

Security forces apprehended a link man/over ground worker of NDFB-S militant outfit from Guruphela area under Kachugaon PS in Kokrajhar on Saturday. Member of a family accused of practicing black magic went missing since 22 April last at East Maligaon village in Kokrajhar district. The family member suspects foul play and filed a FIR at Kokrajhar police station on Thursday.
